PINK LOTUS Yoga runs a studio for yoga. Various services and products in the field of yoga can be booked, reserved or purchased via PINK LOTUS Yoga. The offers are provided by PINK LOTUS Yoga in self-distribution. The subject of the contract is the use of the services of PINK LOTUS Yoga (the "Service"). The PINK LOTUS Yoga service is used by the user (the “user”).

2) COLLECTION OF DATA

PINK LOTUS Yoga collects and stores any information that the user provides on the Eversports platform ("Eversports") and that is sent to PINK LOTUS Yoga in the course of an online booking  transmitted or the user makes PINK LOTUS Yoga available in any other way, for example on site.  PINK LOTUS Yoga uses the user's personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user's consent. Insofar as consent is given electronically within the framework of an online booking via Eversports, Eversports takes into account the legal information requirements and logs this consent using suitable technical systems.

PINK LOTUS Yoga uses the following personal data of the user: name, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, profile pictures, place of residence, booking data, existing products.

3) PURPOSE OF DATA USE

We process your data as part of the fulfillment of the contract for the following purposes:

a) To make reservations and store open products/services.

b) To create invoices.

c) To create a booking history.

You can object to this data processing. A revocation means that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point in time. It should be noted that PINK LOTUS Yoga services may no longer be able to be used in the event of a revocation and a deletion of the  PINK LOTUS Yoga profile must be done. We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. By default, PINK LOTUS Yoga profiles, including the profile data provided by the user, are deleted 2 years after the last use in the event of inactivity and without a valid product (e.g. block of 10, membership, etc.). Data that is on an invoice or is necessary for invoicing is stored longer due to the statutory retention period. After the retention period has expired, this data will also be deleted.

If PINK LOTUS Yoga becomes aware that the user's data has been used systematically and seriously unlawfully and the user is threatened with damage, PINK LOTUS Yoga will inform the user immediately.

• Software privateer and POS system provider "Paysquare" for processing bookings

Your data will be processed within the EU. The appropriate level of protection results from an adequacy decision by the European Commission in accordance with Article 45 GDPR.
